Profiles & qualifications we're interested in:
Work contents:
• Development of electric commercial vehicles (buses) and its electric / electronic subsystems
• Concept, design and documentation of wiring harnesses for commercial vehicles
• Low voltage and high voltage application and hardware design and engineering
• Work on the basis of the SAE J1939 commercial vehicle bus protocol (CAN bus)
Expertise / Skills:
• Electronic engineering in the automotive or similar industries for 3+ years
• Use of CAD application for electronic engineering (ELCAD or similar, Auto CAD Electrical etc.)
• Languages spoken: English or German as foreign language
Work contents:
• Research & Development of electric commercial vehicles (buses & shuttles), its structures and subsystems
• Concept, design and documentation of systems and components for commercial vehicles in the context of Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Design
• Utilization of software including but not limited to CAD and PLM tools
• Collaboration with other departments in the company, particularly production and assembly
Expertise / Skills:
• Preferably tertiary education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar fields
• A certain interest in (commercial) vehicles and the current transformation in the market
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Design in the automotive or similar industries for 3+ years
• Experience in the use of 3D and 2D CAD applications for mechanical engineering (CREO, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Languages spoken: English or German as foreign language
Education, skills and background:
• Preferably tertiary education in either economics, marketing or similar fields
• Proficiency in English and preferably German and a faible for the proper and purposeful use of language
• Sound computer skills (MS Office) as well as (social-) media experience
• Marketing enthusiast with a high level of self-organization
• Technics-affine person with good interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility to occasionally travel throughout Europe
• Interest in environmentally sustainable solutions, particularly in the commercial vehicle industry
• Prior expertise preferably in the segments automotive, investment goods or industrial equipment (min. 2-3 years)
Activities:
• Being productively creative ;)
• Development, enhancement and execution of a marketing and P&R strategy supporting eVersum's approach to new markets, the establishment of dealership networks and the attraction of new customers across Europe
• Identification of novel marketing approaches and means incl. the conception of VR and AR application
• Organization of fair and convention appearances
Education, skills and background:
• Preferably tertiary education in either economics, marketing or similar fields
• Proficiency in English and preferably German and sound computer skills (MS Office)
• Sales and marketing enthusiast with a high level of self-organization

• Ability to negotiate Sales and Service Contracts (negotiation skills)

• Development of markets and dealership networks, identification and acquisition of new customers across Europe
• Sales and service support for existing clients and order processing
• Elaboration of individual (commercial and technical) solutions for customers
Education, skills and background:
• Preferably tertiary education in an either commercial or technical subject
• Proficiency in English and preferably German and sound computer skills (MS Office, ERP-Systems)
• Understanding the principles of TQM and related processes and tools
• Sound understanding of external and in-house logistics and assembly processes
• Preferably experience with QMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Technics-affine person with good interpersonal communication skills
• A holistic understanding of Quality Management and a mindset that is driven by the ambition to improve
• Prior expertise preferably in the segments automotive, investment goods or industrial equipment (min. 3-5 years)
Activities:
• Development of a TQM system, suitable to support and improve the processes of a commercial vehicle manufacturer
• Sustain and improve a QMS as basis for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and COP (conformity of production)
• Oversee the implementation of quality control mechanisms
• Make proper use of the available ERP-system
